Travelling from Airport to New Delhi Railway station- complete guide

Since my home town is in Punjab. I often travel to Delhi then take a train from there to Punjab. From airport I have been many times conned by taxi drivers. They charged me as high as 800-900 INR to station. Besides, I wanted to find a safer, cheaper and time efficient mode of travelling. Nothing sounded better than Delhi Metro service. So here is the complete guide including food recommendations. If you are travelling from Airport especially Terminal T1 to New Delhi Railway station or vice versa then read on. This article is written for you. Interestingly, there are two metro options to travel from Airport Terminal T1: 1) New Delhi Metro (regular metro) 2) Airport express line (special metro for airport). So upon arrival on Delhi Airport Terminal T1 , I walked a certain distance to reach Delhi Metro, from where I got a ticket @40 INR for New Delhi Railway station . But I had to change metro at the station called Hauz Khas. My train arrived at Plaform no.2 (The train route is wr

E.L.F Makeup Mist and Set Review

Skin type: Combination, acne prone Color: Wheatish fair So, I have recently been expanding my horizons in terms of makeup, and you know, in the makeup world, Setting sprays are a must! They bind your makeup, make it sweat proof and keep it fresh for 7-8 hours and do even more. But, a wrong spray, and all your makeup efforts can be ruined. This is what E.L.F mist does to me. MRP: $4  Qty:  60 ml (2.02 oz) Shelf life: 6 months  Color : Transparent Fragrance : I don't know how to describe it, but it is strong and bad. (Absolutely dislike it) Product description and Ingredients Click on the image for zooming in. My Experience: Maybe I'm not using the right technique to apply it, but then don't all sprays work the same way- hold them at an arm's length, and spritz on your face? First, the smell of this mist literally makes me want to skip using it. I can really do without it than bearing with the obnoxious smell. Still, I tried it few times. E

Bonjour! I'm reviewing my current favorite and I think future forever favorite SPF today. It's Neutrogena! Why did not I try it before? Let's get started. Product description: Neutogena ultra sheer dry touch Sunblock SPF 50+ PA+++ is a breakthrough in sun protection. Stabilized with Helioplex, it provides superior balanced broad spectrum protection against aging UVA and burning UVB rays. Dry touch Technology gives an ultra-light and non-shiny finish. The light-weight sunscreen has a light fresh scent and is gentle enough even for sensitive skin. Water resistant, sweat resistant, resists rub off.  Non-Comedogenic (won't clog pores) Oil free and PABA free MRP: 549 INR (got it @ 480 on discount) Shelf life: 3 years Qty: 88 ml Finish : It says matte but actually it is demi matte. I have combination skin and although it doesn't make my skin oily or anything, it adds a sheen to my face.  Texture and consistency : It's like thick creamy lot

Loreal Liner Magique

I have still not found my go to eye liner. If you guys have suggestions, do let me know. Here is review on Loreal Magique liner: Price : 399 INR Shelf life: 2 years. Claims : Smudge proof. Waterproof. Caution : Not for waterline Finish: Demi Matte. (Not exactly matte, slightly dewy) Texture: A little runny Color:  Dark black. Review: I bought this because of the felt tip. I have always found it easy to work with a felt tip than with a brush. But I was wrong. Even felt tip is not enough. The liquid of this liner was runny enough to seep into my lashes, which I really didn't like. The quantity control was a bit of work. Even then, it didn't last for longer than 3-4 hours. If I rubbed my eyes accidentally, it came off easily. I didn't even find it much waterproof. Overall, very disappointed. Final Verdict: It was a waste of money and I am never gonna buy it again.

Ruby's Concealer Balm NEUTRAL

Welcome to my blog guys:) So if you have been following me on Instagram (nneha89) , you probably know how much I love this concealer. But just in case, let me tell you my opinion on this as objectively as possible. So Ruby's is an Indian organic makeup brand that is slowly expanding. I was very curious to try their products and bought this  concealer  (after shade consultation with the Ruby's team),  Tan Blush , and  Nuddy Lipstick  crayon. When I told them that I am a blogger, they were very kind to give their Orange lip balm as freebie.  So let's get started. Price:  1100 INR (Oh my!) Shelf life : 18 months (for an organic product, this shelf life is very good) Qty: 7 gms Claims : 100% natural, organic, cruelty free, parabens free. Texture : Creamy Smell: um...hard to describe. Something like a mix of clay and oil? But then it has kaolin clay and jojoba oil. Personally, I didn't like the smell.  Note : In summer, I no

Most favorite Korean/Chinese drama list - 1

Hey guys, I'm not sure when my obsession with korean dramas started. May be when I got really tired of long running Indian serials with the repetitive plots? When the stories stopped making sense:) SO today I am compiling a list of the dramas that I have watched in the past 3 years and don't mind watching time and again. If you haven't started yet, I am very sure, you will get addicted once you start! I will split the list in 2 parts. You will find the link of the second list in the end of this post. Note: (I'm not writing them in any sequence. They are all my favorites and can't really number them) 1. LOVE O2O  Review : Purely entertaining, super smooth love story packed with comedy. No break ups, No push and pull and No melodrama. Most favorite until now. This is the first Chinese drama that I am head over heels in love with. A must watch. All the 30 episodes make the time still and you are so engrossed in the story that you would want this to

DIOR Hydra life water BB SPF 30 review

Hey guys, I bought this Dior BB lotion at Sephora when I was in Delhi. So here is my quick review: MRP: 5000 INR Qty: 30 ml Shade : I was matched to the shade 020, and it looks absolutely fine on my skin. For reference: I am MAC NC 35-40 with yellow undertones. Texture: It's like a lotion with creamy consistency. Finish: After applying, it gives a nice dewy finish on the skin and moisturizes which is enough for oily or combination skin but dry skin beauties may need to moisturize the skin before using it. Coverage: Sheer to light medium My thoughts: I like it for adding luminosity to my skin when it feels dull. It has SPF 30 which is good. It looks natural on skin and has never given me any breakouts either. This BB also has good staying power (4-6 hrs) BUT, this water BB comes out easily if I wipe off my face. It is a sheer coverage and doesn't hide pigmentation etc. It's not even water or sweat resistant. It is a good option in winter, but in sum
